In today’s news, European Union commits funds to address crisis in Somalia. As much as I love to run in the sun, I always check the air is clean outside before I head out. I’d like to share an air-health tip with you. Your smartphone’s Air Quality Index (AQI) helps you understand daily pollution levels and make safer choices for your health. Many apps show a scale from 1 to 10 using data from nearby monitoring stations. The index tracks pollutants such as PM2.5, PM10, nitrogen dioxide, and sulfur dioxide, which can irritate the lungs and affect overall health. An AQI reading of 1–3 generally means good air quality and levels of 4–6 suggest moderate pollution, where sensitive people may benefit from reducing outdoor time. When the AQI reaches seven or higher, air quality is considered poor and outdoor activity, especially exercise, should be limited. At level 10, it is best to avoid prolonged outdoor exposure when possible and adjust outdoor plans to reduce unnecessary exposure. If it is necessary to go outside, use an N95 or higher mask to help filter the air.

When you are happy, people around you also feel it, so here is a joke to cheer up ur day, it’s called, “The Sentence Behind the Door.”

Breaking news: A prisoner just escaped!

With cops swarming the city, Frank had to sneak through dark alleys to get home. Finally, exhausted and covered in dirt, he dragged himself to his front porch and rang the bell.

“Oh, thank goodness... I made it out alive.”

The door flew open. His wife stood there, hands on her hips, glaring.

“Where on earth have you been?!”

“I just broke out of prison...”

“I saw the news! You escaped six hours ago! Your dinner is completely cold!”

?!

And now we have a heartline in Mandarin Chinese, with multiple-language subtitles, from disciples in China
