A Vegan Wedding Banquet

Most Beloved Master and dear Supreme Master TV team! Along with people’s growing awareness toward veganism, many vegan restaurants are actively promoting vegan wedding banquets. Here, we’d like to share the grand occasion of a 70-table vegan wedding banquet hosted by our initiate sister for her daughter. When the family first discussed whether to hold a vegan or a non-vegan banquet, opinions differed. Since the initiate sister’s daughter is also a fellow initiate, she said without hesitation, “If we hold a vegan banquet, I will be happy for the rest of my life; otherwise, I will suffer for the rest of my life.” The groom is not initiated, but when he was asked, he also firmly answered, “The banquet must be vegan. I won’t take on, nor am I capable of bearing the (karmic) debt of a non-vegan banquet.” Everyone was deeply moved and pleasantly surprised by his words. They fully reflect the impact of veganism today and the rising awareness of people.

On the wedding day, there were more than 700 guests; among them were government officials, military personnel, and people from various sectors. It was a magnificent and harmonious scene, completely enveloped in Master’s Blessings. Fellow initiates who attended all sincerely prayed for the Grace and Blessings of God Almighty to uplift everyone present. The dishes were exquisitely presented and delicious that day. For many guests, it was their first time attending a vegan banquet like that. Some of them weren’t very familiar with vegan food, yet they were amazed by the beautiful vegan delicacies that filled the table. The atmosphere was lively as everyone enthusiastically discussed each dish, curiously guessing what each dish was and what ingredients the lifelike food was made of or from. Everyone ate happily and felt fully satisfied. The government officials spoke highly of the exquisite and delicious dishes and gained a new understanding of the concept of veganism. Everyone was smiling with joy. At the same time, we felt the banquet hall was filled with strong, affirmative energy. Amid the happiness and surprising delight of guests from all sectors, the banquet came to a perfect and successful end.

As we reminisce about the joy that the vegan banquet brought to relatives and friends, and personally experience the powerful impact of vegan food, we’re confidently determined to promote veganism.
