The blended bananas and pineapples in this treat have a consistency similar to a slushy and will cool you down this summer! To make it, add slices from a frozen banana to a high-powered blender or food processor along with the following ingredients: 240 milliliters (1 cup) of unsweetened, unflavored plant-based milk, 10 grams (2 tablespoons) of quick-cooking oats, 230 grams (8 ounces or approximately 1 cup) of frozen pineapple, 1.5 grams (½ teaspoon) of grated fresh ginger, and 0.5 grams (¼ teaspoon) of ground turmeric. Then blend everything together until it’s smooth. This can be poured into a glass and served.
