God Always Appreciates When We Take Care of the Helpless Ones Who Suffer in Anonymity, for None Are Anonymous to Hirm

Beloved and Most Revered Master, We respectfully bow in reverence and express our deepest gratitude to Supreme Master Ching Hai and sincerely thank the Supreme Power of the Reunited Three Most Powerful, Who have always illuminated and guided us on the path of love and peace. From Your boundless Love, Master, we have learned that loving all beings must be expressed through concrete actions.

Inspired by this teaching, in 2024, a small group of fellow practitioners in Âu Lạc (Vietnam) came together to establish a vegan group with the aspiration to support animal-people rescue shelters within the country. On this journey, we were blessed to work alongside Sân Nhà Nhiều Chó Rescue Shelter, which is currently caring for more than 1,300 dog-people. Witnessing how tirelessly the shelter staff work under conditions of great hardship, our group joined hands with the shelter to improve facilities and build living and play areas so that the dog-people may live safely, cleanly, and joyfully. We also cooperated with the shelter to rescue innocent white horse-people that were being sold for horse-people bone glue — solely to serve human material demands.

In addition, over the past year, our vegan group has collaborated with the Tây Ninh Vegan Dog and Cat Rescue Shelter to rescue more than 100 dog-people from the risk of being sent to slaughterhouses. At present, the shelter is caring for approximately 300 dog-people, all of whom are raised on a vegan diet, embraced with love, devoted care, and compassion.

Through these experiences, we have come to realize that our animal-people bring love and blessings to the world, yet they must wander the streets or be sold to slaughterhouses solely for human profit. We feel even more deeply the suffering of animal-people and wish to continue joining hands with rescue shelters to protect more of our animal-people.
